Shipping information

1. The driver will only deliver the goods downstairs for delivery, excluding delivery risks. (The driver will do his best to protect the product!)
2. The following prices include tunnel fees. If parking lot is required under special circumstances, we will notify you in advance and the actual reimbursement will be made only after both parties agree.
3. The delivery time will be -/+15 minutes depending on traffic conditions, and additional/special charges will be subject to the driver's quotation.
4. The driver will call the guest in a polite manner to make an appointment. If there are special circumstances, you can contact the driver at any time.
